Steak Salad

Any cut of meat you prefer (Flank steak, New York, T-Bone, Fillet...) 1 inch thick
Sea Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Your favorite greens (lettuce, spinach, or mix greens) Washed
1/2 small red onion
1 pack fresh mushrooms
Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbs of light brown sugar
1tbs Olive oil and 1tsp butter

In a non stick pan, pre heated on high, cook seasoned, steak medium rear (6 to 8 minutes on each side) and set aside to cool. Add olive oil and butter to the pan, saute the onions cook for a few minutes, add mushrooms and cook until they appeared caramelized.

Put one cup of Balsamic Vinegar on a sauce pan with sugar, bring to a boil.
Cut steak into thing slices, fan over greens, top with onions and mushrooms and drizzle vinegar mix over Salad. If desired you may also add walnuts on top.

This recipe will be great to make with left over steak.
