Ingredients
Lettuce
Water sprout (Alfalfa)
Mixed Nuts
Shredder Cheddar cheese
Hard boiled eggs
Honey Mustard Dressing
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
2 to 3 Tablespoon mustard
Juice from 1/2 lime
Honey to taste
salt & Pepper to taste
On a salad bowl combine lettuce and sprout, on top put hard boiled eggs (cut in quarts), sprinkle with nuts and cheese. Serve with the dressing on the side.
Dressing: On a bowl, mix in equal parts of Mayo and Sour Cream, Zesty Dijon Honey Mustard, honey to taste, and lime juice. If desired add salt and pepper. Whisk all ingredients together until consistency is loose, but creamy.
